Mr. Derwin J. Bradley, Lead Practitioner/Vice President of Operations at the forefront of our innovative crime prevention division with extensive work experience of being a Master Police Officer, (RET) CRIME PREVENTION PRACTIONER, along with 30+ Years of Law Enforcement experience, a Certified Crime Prevention Practitioner (25+ Years) - International Crime Free Multi-Housing Program Instructor, and Crime Free Multi-Housing Coordinator for the Orlando Police Department (2009-2015), brings a wealth of expertise and a passion for leveraging cutting-edge technologies to stay one step ahead of criminal elements. Under his visionary leadership, the division has implemented advanced data analytics and predictive modeling techniques to identify high-risk areas and allocate resources more effectively.
Mr. Bradley, has designed and implemented the Crime Tracking Databases for the Orlando CFMH Program (400+ Apartment Communities). Conducted CPTED/Security Survey for Universal Studios Orlando and Islands of Adventure, Nemours Hospital, and numerous businesses, residences, and Multi-Family Housing Communities. As Mr. Bradley continues to spearhead this division, his unwavering dedication to protecting lives and upholding justice serves as an inspiration to Abiathar, Inc. and our clients.

ABIATHAR CRIME PREVENTION SURVEYS – Meets and exceeds the New Florida Statutes Section 7. Section 768.0706. States that all Insurance Carriers/Insurers must implement Crime Prevention Through Environmental Design (CPTED) principles by January 1, 2025. This new law affects Commercial and Residential.
